nearby attractions perfect for leisurely city strolls

my stay was highlighted by the great variety of tv channels and a huge breakfast buffet with lots of local cuisine, making it a delightful base for exploring medans nearby treasures, like the historic istana maimun just over 2 km away and the charming vihara setia budi only a short walk at 0.9 km.

poor service

the service here is absolutly astonishing, in a bad way. I found a cockroach in my food yet was given fruit, like that helps! Not to mention, the wifi was so slow I almost lost my mind. I expected a room upgrade, but I guess that’s not how they roll at this dump, unbelievable.

The staff were exceptionally service-oriented, especially Ms. Sophie from the Executive Lounge, who was attentive and always greeted guests with a smile. The lounge and coffee shop on the ground floor featured live piano music, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation while enjoying a great coffee selection.
